All political framing percentages, bias labels, sentiment scores, neutral summaries, and load terms provided by the Service are strictly AI-estimated evaluations. They do not represent objective, absolute truth or established fact. AI model analysis is subjective, mathematical, and intended solely to guide readers in evaluating media framing. We do not endorse any specific political viewpoint or guarantee the correctness of the generated insights.
4. External RSS Feeds & Publishing Rights
Lamu News aggregates titles, descriptions, and feature images from third-party publisher RSS feeds. We link directly back to the original source article for full content reading.
We are not responsible for the contents, opinions, accuracy, or availability of external publisher websites. The ownership and copyright of aggregated headlines and images belong strictly to the respective original publishers.
5. User Accounts & Security
You may log in to personalize your feed. We use Clerk for secure user account authentication and session token verification.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities occurring under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login tokens or account credentials.
6. Prohibited Actions
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use automated scrapers, web spiders, or crawl bots to harvest our aggregated datasets, database structures, or AI bias scores without prior written consent.
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass security protections, API headers, authentication tokens, or route locks.
